🧑‍💻 User Notice

1. User Login

• Trainees receive pre-created accounts from the KC team.

• Log in to the KiwiCloud Academy platform using provided credentials.

2. Learning Modules

• Watch training videos assigned by chapter/topic.

• Each video includes a direct link to relevant chapters in the KiwiCloud Help Center for deeper reading.

3. Chapter Quizzes

• After each chapter, users take a short quiz (5–7 questions).

• Quizzes are timed.

• If not passed, users can retry immediately to reinforce learning.

4. Final Exam

• 30 questions.

• Time limit: 30 minutes.

• Retry Policy:

  • One retry allowed.

  • If failed again, user must wait another day before reattempting.

5. Badge Issued Upon Completion

• Upon passing the final exam, trainees are awarded the KC Associate Badge 🎖

• This badge is a symbol of foundational knowledge and hands-on capability with KiwiCloud.
